Returns Policy

Online Policy

If you are not happy with your online purchase, you have 7 days from the date your item was received to return it to us for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with original tags and packaging. Please ensure packages are sent back fully enclosed and in the same or similar bag size that you received them. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they are not properly packaged.

*Please note, Perfume, Socks, Earrings, Underwear and Swimwear are non-returnable nor refundable due to hygiene procedures. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items
 are final sale and non-refundable or exchangeable for cash or store credit.

Online orders made in store are considered in store purchases and will fall under our in store returns policy.

In-Store Policy

If you change your mind on a non-sale purchase made in-store, you may return it for an exchange or store credit within 7 days.

Items must be unworn and in brand new condition with tags attached and proof of purchase.

All sale items are final sale and not returnable or refundable.
